Then You'll Know That The Prices Absolutely SUCK!

By That You Mean?

Yup! Been looking at builds at 2.5K and the specs suck in comparison to US builds.

I meant you need pheripherials in that budget as well.

You don't need 32GB of ram or a 360mm AIO.  You could probably get a higher wattage PSU and a 1440p monitor with the money you save.

peripherals are needed, i chose the MX Master because of its shape, scrool wheels, the buttons, and that you can connect it to 3 devices at once.

and im thinking about the G170+ or something with a MX Brown or MX Red Switch and programmable buttons, any suggestions?

I Do need 32GB Of Ram, As Linus Said "The Bigger The Better", The PSU I Might Change, I Don't Need Or Want A 1440p Monitor

Okay.  But I'd look for a single kit of 32GB since it's usually cheaper.

Personally I Can See Mine Having More Preformance The Fast Of Haswell-E, 6 Cores, Possibilly Something Like A 5960X In The Future And It Is Cheaper By About $130.

Look again. I changed the list a bit.

How long are your render times currently? Is your software even multithreaded enough to slam all 6 cores? The Skylake processor provides better single threaded performance even if its minimal but still, Skylake is worth it.

32GB of ram and a different monitor

Yup. You get what you want and trust me, I don't think its worth going to an older gen for more cores. Just my personal opinion.

If money wasn't a problem I would recommend the 950 pro but you'll go way over your budget and besides, you have bigger fish to fry (like a better monitor since you said this is for content creation and I'm not quite sure how that'll go well without an ips).

Ok. Let me come up with something that uses Haswell.

I Don't Need A 950 Pro, I Want One Tho, But When It Comes A Bit More Stable As It Thermal Throttles A Bit, And I Think The Monitor Is Fine

That Looks Good, The Only Thing I Would Change Would Be The Case, SSD As I Don't Need A Pro... And Maybe The Monitor, But Thanks For The Help
