PSU making "chirping" sounds

The only thing I can think of is a loose fan that's occasionally making slight contact with the PSU shell. Just replace it seeing it's under warranty.

The PSU's fan bearing is likely faulty, which causes friction that causes squeaky chirp sounds. Just RMA it so you don't have to deal with it.
