Alright guys,so about a month back I updated my BIOS on my MOBO,all went fine,bios is updatedf,but I cant acess my AI Tweaker,it just freezes up my BIOS.Contacted Asus Tech SUpport and the guy told me to clear the CMOS to reset the BIOS to an earlier version,aka the one that the board came with.Some guy in the forums told me this is imposible,so Im here asking,is this possible or not?Thanks.

clearing cmos just resets the settings in your bios it doesnt revert to an older one, you would need to flash your bios to an older version

In my experience with several Asus Z87 and H81 boards I have had zero success flashing through the in bios utility. Every time I've used it theyve corrupted in some way.

Try flashing using the Asus utility in windows if possible. It is often more successful.
