Cheapest HDMI 2.0 player?

No games, just watching 4k content at 60fps. It doesn't matter if its android or something else, I just want to be able to use my new 4k TV to its fullest. If you guys/gals have any suggestions on what to get that would be great.

probably the sheild tv box

should mention there isn't really any true 4k content

and defiantly not 60hz
