either would be fine your airflow is  good enough to have a cooler that exhausts into the case.

also  should mention are you looking at amd reference or nvidia reference? The amd stock coolers are pretty bad and the 6XX series and the 760 reference coolers are pretty meh. The reference cooler that the 770,780 and titan have are all pretty good and run about 5c warmer then aftermarket solutions.

An axial design would be best in this configuration to keep the air pressure positive which will in turn reduce dust buildup.
So a dual or triple fan design is what you should aim for, which graphics card are you considering ?
