Don't trust what your Brother said, he most probably had some alone time while you were gone...

I'm going to put a link to my PC specs which actually aren't my PC specs and I cry myself to sleep everyday so I can have these PC specs but I can't afford these PC specs so PC specs PC specs PC specs PC specs PC specs PC specs.

This picture shows what I saw when I got home from school. I asked my brother is he touched my computer while I was gone and he said he didn't. The really weird part is that skype had a save run and cancel screen for the download.

not a virus...but that version of flash is vulnerable to bad code

google has started adding bad versions of flash to google chrome bad list

also never get flash from anywhere else except ADOBE

I can see you are on a malware site there

If you need remote help fixing something on your computer

I can help over Teamviewer if you wish

just msg me on my profile

Whatever happened. Someone seems to have clicked a link that took you to a page that said "Yo shit's out of date. Download this, kay?" And the thing that you're downloading is the malware/virus.

DO NOT RUN THAT PROGRAM. Delete that file, check for any suspicious activities running in the background, and go on with your day.

Edit: And put some kind of password on your computer, unless it's a family computer or something.
