Hi guys...can you tell me if this specs for 4k gaming?

get a 980Ti

No single card can max out 4k right now, two  980Ti's can get close though

1. get 16 GB ram

2. 2 980 tis, not 1 titan x

3. 240 GB ssd

4. i7 5820k, not 6700k,

5. get the x61, not the h105

you can, but 2 980tis are better than one titan X
