Any ideas how to solve it?

I tried one solution yesterday but it happened again today.

Try installing who crashed on your PC. Tip: everytime your pc have a blue screen of death it leaves a dmp file. It is used to tell what causes the issue

If you can't acess your pc in normal mode then try safe mode with networking
