I just bought a Corsair Vengeance M65 FPS and realised and found a huige issue. Everrn off my PC, I always flip the switch on my power strip, so there is no power going to my pc, monitor and speakers. So when I want to turn on my computer  I flip that swith back on and press the power button on my case. But after my PC had no power running to it, the mouse does not work at all. the lights dont go on, no response, nothing. I have to plug it out and back in again. WHAT THE F**K? How is that a thing? Is it like that with every M65 or did I maybe get a flawed one? Is there maybe a way to fix this, a program that will cut power to the ,ouse for a second after the pc has been turned on, so the mouse thinks it has been replugged? I do not want to replug my mouse every timne i turn on my pc, and not cutting power to it when it is turned off is not an option too... PLease help...

try disabling legacy USB devices in the bios. and make sure your chipset and bios are both up to date.

Tried all of that, no luck...

I have not had a bios update for a year and a half, I have the ASUS SAbertooth 990FX... Could that be the source of the issue?

Sorry, I didn't use the correct phrasing.I'm saying that here is no update, I went to my mobos support site and saw that I have the newest version installed, I haven't had one because Asus didn't release one.

I actually managed to "fix" it. I connected the mouse to a usb3.0 port and it works as it should now... Don't know why that is but oh well, at least it works as it is supposed to.
