So I tried to log into paypal and it didnt work. I tried again, reloaded the page, exited and reentered the browser (chrome), and even restarted my pc. I know that the password and email are right and this appears in the URL: signin/?resType=code&failedBecause=timeoutError. Help.

Googled that error, ended up here - yes, Paypal having issues just now. Sit tight northeastgamer, keep your password...

Looks to me like paypal is under maintenance or something, I can't get in either. (I did log in, but it took me to an old themed paypal page that wouldn't let me do anything)

I just tried logging in and its making me reset my password.

the real problem is they are not saying anything 

when you do some maintenance you tell the users that you will,

so they don't get panic like us now !!

I tried login in to paypal, and it works for me. I'm logged in, can see my account info, edit my profile, etc... But it is kind of slow. Like really slow to load.

finally I can log in but it's giving me a page from the old paypal 

this is just silly
