Neither do we as each chip is different

Start with the core, give it a +50 offset and test for stability using something intensive (not kombustor/furmark), if it's ok go up 10mhz. When it becomes unstable lower it down to find the sweetspot.

then do the same for memory (leave core o/c on) but start with a +400 offset and add jumps of +50mhz, same method as above to find sweetspot.
