no go with a pentium anniversary. i7s are really bad

That's the exact same build I saw just yesterday. Surely OP is trolling us. There's nothing to improve. They're all flagship parts. Name one thing he could improve on this build?

That's all subjective. Objectively, this is a full-out flagship build. If someone really had that much on-hand cash, then getting more for one's money isn't gonna be a concern here. It's a fantasy. It's a crock. If they really were serious about this, it would be another HumbleMobo. Not an obvious-as-hell troll as this dude is.

He may be trolling, but may not be.  IF he isn't then pictures after purchasing will prove he wasn't.  That's what I had to do before I wasn't called a troll.  Granted my build isn't this expensive!
