There was a trilateral agreement a few years ago with USPS, eBay and China which allowed Chinese retailers to ship small items for next to nothing. Chinese retailers make up the majority (or at least very close to it) of eBay sellers, so this agreement was a smart choice.

Where can I read in more about this?

What other products are qualified to international free shipping and is it only constrained to chinese suppliers?

This was my source: https://www.quora.com/How-do-Chinese-eBay-sellers-ship-so-cheaply-across-the-world

Other Asian countries like Thailand are also able to ship cheaply, but I haven't seen any crazy-cheap items that came from anywhere other than China/Hong Kong.

Thanks a lot! ,you just opened another world to me

There is a lot of cheap things here and there that are hard to find locally, this will great

No problem. Be warned that a lot of items from China will take 2-4 weeks to arrive in most cases, but if you're patient it shouldn't be a problem. You can get crazy cheap stuff from there.

That is expected but nothing beats free shiping  :D

One more thing,I generally use Amazon and from what I heard there should be scams to look out for in ebay

and about these shady sellers, from your experience how can I identify them?

Well first if something seems way too good to be true, it probably is. Also, I would never get any cables from eBay, I've gotten two different ones in the past and neither of them worked. Monoprice's cables would do fine.

Even if you get a fake, eBay has a guarantee on all (or maybe most, I'm not sure) items. They'll give you your money back if the item isn't as described or it doesn't work.

And remember, never send money on Paypal as a gift to retailers! There's absolutely no buyer protection if the money is sent as a gift. Process the payment through eBay's Paypal window.

Thanks again, the Guarantee seems to be pretty fair,I guess i can't go wrong
