Well.. you'd have to state a budged. I'm running a Nepton 240M on my 4690K. But if you have more/less to spend, it'd be a whole different story.

Reccomended AIO cooler for my i5 4690k, not sure what my case is but It does support mounting.

If your really want good temps and low noise look at noctua air coolers! Some of them are large so may not fit but are cheaper than an AIO and offer roughly the same level of cooling power.

bro....not sure of case is worst than not having the case at least no case i know you can just place it on the table or something like that lol. 

at least describe what kind of mounting, clearance or the mounting and also your budget.

Noctua have a huge range of coolers, some of them are tiny. Only the NH-D14/5 are huge.

 

@OP NZXT X61 is a good choice if your case can fit it.
