"No valid ip configeration" network issue! Help

While troubleshooting it said no valid ip configeration so I did the "ipconfig /release and ipconfig /renew" stuff on command prompt but it is showing error after i enter the second command (ipconfig /renew). Please help!!

Your network is not providing you with an IP address. This can be a DHCP issue. Try contacting your ISP.

 

You can do basic troubleshooting first:

1. Disconnect/reconnect ethernet cable

2. Restart computer

 

Does it do it for all your computers or just yours?

So it is the service providers problem not the pc right?

I do not have a router connected to the modem just pc.

Try rebooting your modem anyway.

Reboot your modem.

If you still have no luck you can assign a static address.
