computer keeps freezing up after small OC

Reset the bios! Might help.

 

In the bios there is a load defaults option or whatever, it will reset it, try that and check if that solves it.

i have tried that also and i have reinstalled drivers and still nothing...

I think you have damaged something in that case... Does the freezing happen randomly or are there specific situations where it happens?

okay. the card will suddenly boost even when im not in game. dont know if thats a problem.

What did you actually oc? 

 

And with the card i'm guessing you mean the gpu, so if it boosts, how is the gpu load at that moment?
