server mobo for gaming?

If I buy a dual socket server mobo, put in 1 xenon e5405, a gtx 950 and 8 gigs of normal ram will it work and will the cpu bottleneck the gpu?

also, can i game on it?

you can game on a Xeon, but a GTX 950 is low power for AAA tittles.

also, why? most server boards are more expensive than other boards

Well, with an i7, GTX 1080, Full tower and flashy lights, it can obviously only be for one thing:

Solitaire.

it should be noted that Xenon Processors do not exist, Silicon has proven to be far superior than any Noble Gas for processing ability.

ok, what is your budget for the whole build?

do you need any peripherals/OS

do you already have any parts?

WILL it bottneck a gtx 950?

Given that it's an eight year old CPU clocked at 2GHz... yes. Quite a bit.

what wont it bottneck?

Really depends on the game. Some don't care if you run a celeron, some need a 5960X to not bottleneck at all. So... I would say try and find an X5450, that will certainly improve things. Be a bit more expensive, but... imo it's worth it.
