Hello. I've seen many posts about F@H & wanted to ask:

-What the hell is it?

-What can you do with it?

-How to get it?

I need a simple & short answer, like you were explaining something to a child [emoji4]

Simple answer: Basically, using your computer's hardware to help with scientific/medical research. Kind of like a distributed supercomputer.

What is the LTT Folding team? How does one join?
