Snapdragon 810 v2.1?

So i heard about the 810's overheating problem. I'm looking into getting a new phone too. SO......... v2.1 is supposed to have fixed that, so qualcom says. Any thoughts?

i recommend getting a 808, it has less cores but its a PHONE why do you need that much CPU power anyway

yeah thats what i was thinking but some interesting new phones are coming out with the 810

They fixed it. people say that it doesn't even get hot. I watched MKBHD's video on the nexus 6p which said that.
