Hey guys, looking for some advice on my first serious build.

Budget $1350 USD, system will mostly be used for 3d animation and rendering, After Effects and some light gaming. I'm wondering things like is the PSU enough or overkill? and is a GTX 970 overkill? I would appreciate any feedback on where the build falls short, or if something doesn't look right. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback.

This is where I'm at. Is the CPU cooler I picked any good? I was considering the PH-TC14 but I get the sense it wont fit into a Define R4.
