Case Cable Management?

Very quick question, my current case has these holes on the part where the mother board is: https://gyazo.com/9dd8c1169e1dda7f771b588127ceaaec Is this for cable management? Or is it for something else? TIA for any help.

They should be for cable management.. push them out and see what happens

Its a case from an old prebuilt pc.

Cable management holes won't have sharp metal edges. If they do, don't use them. That's where a hole usually would be but this doesn't look like one.

Opened up my computer and the holes weren't sharp, they were rather smooth, do you think that these are for cable management? and should i run my cables through these?

It doesn't look like the rounded oblong bit pushes out ? The two circle bits look too small for any cables to fit through.
