Please help - bios/motherboard problem

Have the Msi gaming 3 motherboard and when I boot up my PC it gives me a very blurry bios. When I click on settings it freezes and have to restart. In the manual the bios looks completely different. I have read this is due to the fact I Have/ got given a plasma tv. I find this hard to be true is it?

How do you have the PC & tv connected to each other?

Intel NUC running Server 2019 + Synology DSM218+ with 2 x 4TB Toshiba NAS Ready HDDs (RAID0)
