is the evga GTX 760 sc acx voltage locked? or is it my luck that i only got +20 mhz core and +115mhz mem for a overclock

Yeah, it ain't voltage locked but that seems to be very bad luck. I've read on forums though, that the card in the bios stops at 1.212. What are you getting to?

1.2V with +12 overvolt also when the card is at 100% load the voltage doesnt stay at 1.2 it goes down then back up. also temps are 75C when gaming but 85C when stress testing

did my cpu lose it to? my cpu is 4.5Ghz at 1.344V
