Is the Apex M800 Really That Bad for Typing?

If noise is the issue, Cherry Reds, Blacks or Browns are very quiet IF you don't bottom out the switch whilst typing.

Anyway, there's no keyswitch that's good or bad for typing or gaming, it's all up to personal preference. For example, MX Blues are supposed to be bad for FPS gaming but I love them for it. My advice would be, if possible, go to a store and try them out, that's the only way to get the perfect switch for you.

Have you seen the new Corsair Strafe RGB with Cherry MX Silent switches? They might be quiet enough for your needs.

Hey There!

Alright. I originate from the lands of chicklet keyboards, and I want to upgrade. I've been very picky about mech keyboards as typically think they are noisy, but I found the M800. But ppl say that they are only for gaming, not typing. Buuut, if I don't take the M800, I'm going back to rubber domes. Soo, which one? I record on a daily basis, so noise is a massive problem

If you play Geometry Dash, would you take the time to rate this demon? 14986973 ;3;
