I am so lost

Ive been having problems with my usb ports for little while. The other day my 3.5 audio ports went out, front and back. Now im lagging in games, my down speed if fine but any game is unplayable. I cant find anything about this online anywhere so if anyone could tell me what this is or how to fix it that would be awesome!
