When it comes to the mobo, it doesn't really affect speed. The biggest concern with a mobo on a high end build is whether or not you will be OC'ing your system. If you know you are going to OC, then you need to make sure you have a board with a high end VRM so that you don't burn out your CPU. If you're not going to be running any kind of OC, than any one of those boards should work just fine.
