Audio help with headset

I have got a headset that makes a slight buzzing feedback noise with the included sound card. ( I have tried getting a refund or a replacement but i cant. ) I have found out that its only the sound card that makes the buzzing noise not the headset its self.So is their a amp/dac that i can use my headset with my mic that plugs into the headset still work?

so I dont get how the mic work is it an extenal mic or is the mike a part of the headphone
