Which Konami Game are These Music Tracks From?

I own a game for PlayStation 2 called International Superstar Soccer (called Jikkyou World Soccer: Final Edition in Japan.) On the disc, I found these weird music tracks that are never heard in the game, and appear to actually be from a racing game of some sort (there are also car engine sounds present.) They are undoubtedly from a Konami game, as they developed International Superstar Soccer. Here are the audio tracks:

The first track is working, but doesn't play in Google Drive, for some reason.
