Intel Core i5 4460 w/ Stock cooler

 

Needs

- Decent amount of 720p streaming once to twice a week for like 2- 3 hours 

- Good amount of 720p video editing 4- 15 minute videos for youtube

- Some gaming mostly playing and recording minecraft and maybe some AAA games but low to med settings 1080p us fine.

that cooler and motherboard are barely enough to even keep the 8350 alive, no overclocking will be achieved there.

Will there be much streaming performance loss as the other is 8 core (I know the more cores does NOT mean better and they are weaker i'm very good with computers just want to know other peoples opinions as I don't know everything.)

Not at 720p. The 8 core fx chips are power hungry frying pans. Stay clear of them.
