I prefer blue, but red seems to have more options... Any suggestions, keep it under 900

 

Also, would a 970 be better for youtube?

What do you mean by youtube? Also, I wouldn't exactly recommend that TX PSU in the list above, as it's not present in the PSU whitelist, or the 970 because 390s are better.
