CPU Temps

Hi,

 

My CPU ( i7 4790) has temps of 36-38 deg. on idle and 57 degree max. on load (while palying gta 5, Cod etc) with stock cooler....Are these temps fine?...

Main Gaming Rig: Processor: i7 4790, RAM: Kingston HyperX CL9 16GB DDR3 1867Mhz, GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 2-way SLI, Mobo: Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 5, PSU: Corsair RM 1000W, Storage:120GB OCZ SSD, 1TB Seagate HDD, 

Notebook:Ideapad wid i5 @1.6 Ghz and GT820m wid 4GB RAM

with a stock cooler those are damn good temps 

CPU: i5 6600k @ 4.6 ghz  Motherboard: Asus z170-a  Cooling: Corsair h80i GT GPU: EVGA GTX 970  Ram: G.Skill 2x8 gb ddr4 2400  PSU: EVGA G2 Supernova 550w  Case: Corsair 200r Storage: 250GB 850 EVO + 2x wd 1 tb drives

I refuse to believe that those are stock cooler temps.

maybe he lives in like iceland or something

Those are amazing temps for that CPU with a stock cooler.

Yep they're very good, and you won't get much better unless your airflow is OP, especially on the load temps (which are better than mine) idle temps are not really as important

 

I refuse to believe that those are stock cooler temps.

My temps are similar with stock 4790k just higher (65) on max load due to higher clock, my idle is lower however though I don't know his ambient to compare
