Need quick assistance. GPU 'Pressure Test' Program?

Hai guys ,

 

 

So few...er...i guess a month or 2 , probably less I have posted a thread about 1/3 fans on my gpu slowly dying.

 

Aye , ever since i experienced multiple GPU crashes , I dropped it at the store , at the lab , they didn't manage to recreate the problem , i insisted that;

 

1) they totally ignored the fact 1/3 fans sounds like a car from the 60s

2) the gpu is crashing , obv , otherwise I wouldn't bother , aye? aye.

 

 

So what they said , "If you could run it through some pressure tests on your rig and send us the results we'll take a look at it and consult....~~~~" .

 

Right , so if they do findout that it is broken , as i claim , I will get a replacement , new functioning GPU.

 

 

So right now I need a program that can er , well , run my GPU through a really serious pressure test and also give soem kind of RRRRrrresults?...I am not sure how is it working , they asked for me to bring them with results and some X Y Z that shit happened.

 

 

How am I supposed to do that? , What program should I use? , Anyone? anything? something ? someone?

 

 

Thank you for reading. (Hope I made myself clear tho.)

 

p.s. , I have an AMD card , idk if that matters in any kind of way to the answers.

FurMark could break your card

yep msi kombustor will torture your card for you

get 3DMark and run one of the tests (Sky Diver did it for me) in a continuous loop for couple of hours

you could also use Unigine Heaven and/or Valley benchmark in loop

software based on FurMark is kinda' irrelevant these days since the drivers will recognise it and self throttle the GPU

Unigine Valley and Heaven present a more realistic load for a gaming system.

 

If you really need to go all out, then it's FurMark or MSI Kombustor: http://gaming.msi.com/features/afterburner

Furmark only runs openGL. So it can miss some issues. Try Futuremark 3DMark11 or Unigine Heaven Benchmark.
