Since my father doesn't let me build my own PC due to budget. I decided to upgrade my PC. What should I upgrade?

Current PC specs:

Intel Core i5-4460 @3.2GHz

Kingmax low profile DDR3 4GB (single stick) (This brand shouldn't exist in NA or Cad)

Gigabyte GA-B85M-HD3

Gigabyte NVIDIA Geforce GT730 2GB DDR3

Toshiba 500GB 7200RPM HDD

Cooler Master K350 Case

Cooler Master Elite V2 550W PSU

Planning to upgrade:

Kingmax RAM >> Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB

GT730 >> R9 390

Add another rear fan

Add either 120/240/250GB of SSD

Should I upgrade my PSU after I upgrade my PC? I wanna hear everyone's suggestion.

RAM, Graphics card, gran an SSD for your OS and games. 3: Check to see if your power supply can even handle that graphics card as well.

This is where I'm buying those stuff. There's many Corsair PSU and I know that's bad. I don't know which should I go on.

Too expensive for me. My budget is around 2500 bucks. Also probably I'll buy a monitor because 900p is too small

3: That list looks perfectly fine. Go for it! owo Although I'd go for a bigger HDD. You can get 1tb for very very little more than what that costs.

At idealtech I made this list. Probably this will be my next upgrade. http://idealtech.com.my/store/builder/index.php Find those things with price on it. The total price is at below

Edit: added a 49 bucks cae fan by cryorig performance

U can order from amazon via post forwarding company. It's usually safe.

Don't save money on the psu.
