Windows 10 account switching

So when i installed windows on my laptop and logged in with my microsoft account, i accidently signed in with my gaming account. Instead of my profeccional account.

Now since i use this laptop for school and i already used it for a couple of weeks creating a brand new account is not an option.

Can you switch mircosoft accounts without needing to setup everyting again?

(also i cant backup my laptop because i dont have en external drive large enough to store it all)

 

Does anybody have an idea?
