Windows not seeing OS disk

So I bought a new Samsung 840 EVO SSD and wanted to reinstall windows 7 on it to get away from the 8.1 problems I am having, but I ran into a problem it appears that windows is not seeing either my DVD or something else, I use a single SSD in my system so I just unpluged my old 840 pro and went to install win7 on the evo. I was greeted with...

 

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix problem:

1. Insert your windows installation disk and restart computer.

2. Choose your language settings. and then click next.

3. Click "Repair your computer" 

 

File: \$WINDOWS.~BT\Windows\System32\winload.exe

 

Status: 0xc000000f

 

 

I know the problem is that it's not seeing that I have windows on a drive, yet I no longer have windows on my 840 pro, either. 

 

I follow all steps and it brings me back to the same thing as listed above regardless, I can't use a USB stick and try since my USB stick is no longer formatting in windows for what ever reason, I have tried this with my Win7 ultimate disk and my win8 pro disk, neither are working it always comes back to this same problem.

 

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
