So I have built my first own computer, including these parts:

Case: Fractal Design Define R5

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231v3 4x 3.40GHz

GPU: 8192MB Sapphire Radeon R9 390

Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Performance

PSU: 630 Watt be quiet! Pure Power L8 CM Modular 80+ Bronze

SSD: 120GB Samsung 850 Evo 2.5"

As for my RAM I will be using my older sticks from my computer, (So when i tried to power it on I did put in the RAM)

I finished it about 3 days ago , and as far as I know I've got everything plugged in right. But when I tried to power it on nothing happens. No LED's turn on, no fans, no nothing. I've tried plugging out the grapchics card and powering it on but nothing happens like before. My brother also checked and said its all plugged in right. I just dont know what's the problem, and yes the power switch of the PSU is on. I also tried out 2 different power cables (That work with my other computer, so that cant be the problem)

I also tried doing the thing with the screwdriver where I try to power it on without the power button but nothing happend.

I also have another problem, and maybe that could prevent it from powering on? Because there is one motherboard screw that I can't get out anymore. When I turn it, it at some point just does a loud click and it clicks back into the motherboard screw-hole.I basically turn it about 3 times, then it rises a bit but then clicks back down. That happens all the time I try to turn it out, I also cant pull it out because its still too deep in the screw hole. I hope i explained it well enough...

Thank you in advance :/

If you have no GPU you need one.

The Xeon 1231v3 does not have an iGPU

WAIT I OVER READ THE GPU sorry.

Faulty PSU perhaps?

Ok IDEA for getting out the screw of the case, and this is probably going to damage your MOBO if your not EXTREMELY careful, and i take no responsibility for broken parts. get some needle nosed pliers and place them under the mobo around the screw you are trying to remove, grab screw lightly and pull up putting pressure on the mobo and begin to remove the screw holding constant pressure. Im thinking this is going to allow it to grip and remove.

This being said, you should remove ALL screws and components first before attempting this. You may get the mobo out but it may or may not get damaged.

This is the prime reason you always should build your PC OUTSIDE the case before wiring it all in.
