Hi I'm kinda new to PC's and I was wondering what is the cheapest tower PC you can build for me that has high fps for League CS:GO and games like that. I already have a monitor headset mouse mouse-pad. please include a version of windows 8.1 and a cooler so when I'm on Skype my friends cant hear loud fanning noises

*cheapest* is not very well written.

I suggest a $500-$600 PC.

$400 PCs ect, you reslly do not get very much for your money. The sweet spot is usually $600-$1000 and you never truly know what games you may want to get into.
