Play online cable channels

So I refuse to pay for cable, but I obtained my friends cable password so I can watch HBO and sign into Xfinity online and TBS and ESPN and such through the websites/apps. The issue is that for the apps that don't support Chromecast like TBS I don't have a simple way to play it on my TV. I tried chromecast screen mirroring but that doesn't work fantastically. Does anyone have any ideas for integrating those services into my entertainment system through XBMC or something similar? My phone doesn't support MHL.
