Need help with CS:GO OBS Settings.

Hello ! I have GOOD PC + GOOD INTERNET. + partner in twitch, what are the recommended settings I should try out? In game settings 1920x1080p or 1280x960 Stretched. I've tried 720p 60fps medium preset 3500 bitrate on  1280x960 but it look like shit. I am so confused, would switch to 1080p in game to make it look better.
