Buzzing noise from Computer?

There is a buzzing noise coming from my computer, first I thought it was the new case fan I bought, but it's not. I've tested everything but the psu now. The psu I have (Evga 650 gs) has coil whine but could it be making the buzzing sound too? I'm going to rma it tomorrow because of the coil whine, just wanted to know if the buzzing is also the psu.  Thanks.

Is your PC well grounded?

If its not the buzz might be a little electric arc between PSU and case.
