Virtual Machine Ubuntu startup error

Every time i start up Ubuntu i get this error ( https://i.gyazo.com/fd75bcb72be086903540b3bd0aa266f7.png ) And then i get a black screen and it wont start up. I reinstalled Ubuntu many times and it still comes up with this error. It is up to date as well. What should i do? im running virtual box here is more info about the system. Try enabling PAE on CPU settings, also give it a bit more ram or use 32bit, you ain't going to do much with less that a gig of RAM.

Enable nested paging, its the third tab on system settings, if that doesn't work switch chipsets, and if that doesn't work either, delete the VM, make it again but use .VHD instead of .VDI for the hard drive, and enable the settings i told you before.
