Case fans... hellppp

Shopping for a 120mm and a 140mm case fan, unsure which one to get even after spending quite some time on research. Out here where I live, the choices are quite limited so I'm going to list some of the brands available and if you guys don't mind, can you recommend which ones to get? Oh yeah, it's AIRFLOW fans I'm shopping for and having LEDs on them would be a plus. Noise is not an issue as long as it isn't overly loud. 

 

Brands: Bitfenix, Cooler Master, Corsair, Enermax, Fractal design, Noctua, NZXT, Silverstone, Scythe, Xigmatek.

If you're talking about why the Venturi fans, because they're black, they don't cost as much as Noctua's (least here in the states) and they push good enough airflow.

 

I don't know the numbers so I don't wanna say which pushes more, but it's enough.

Regarding noise level, do they get really loud at full speed?

So to explain it the best I can, both Fractal's and Noctua's fans have a non-annoying sound when they're at full speed. It's more like a gentle wind.

 

You'll hear them, but they're not super loud and they're not nearly as annoying as the stock Corsair fans.
