Is there a way to get in DFU mode with a broken home button on the IPhone 5s with IOS 9???

Nope, home button is needed afaik

Couldn't say, and can't test it for you as I have an iPhone 4. Something like that is the only way you'll be able to as far as I'm aware 

 

Why do you want to enter DFU mode? If you have a backup, you've nothing to lose by trying.
