Hello, I'm tryning to fix dad's pc. When it updated it got a error called Vide_tdr_failure or something like that, i managed to fix it sort of but im trying to downgrade it to windows 7 again but i cant because the start menu isnt working so i cant get to the settings and downgrade to windows 7 again.... please help
