Firstly, that footage doesn't look like it'd track very well, and the end result might not look very good, just something to bear in mind :)

If you did want to reshoot the footage, I'd recommend setting your camera on a piece of folded up cloth, and then moving that across a smooth surface (or use a camera slider, if you wanted to do it "professionally" :P)

Secondly, Blender has a very steep learning curve, and if this is your first time in it, you should get to know the basics through a tutorial like this:

Lastly, I know you probably don't want to be spending much money, but I would have gone about doing the tracking in After Effects, which to me is easier to use than blender, especially for video editing

Specs: CPU: AMD FX 6300 Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A DS3P RAM: HyperX Fury 16GB 1866MHz GPU: MSI R9 270 OC edition Case: Sharkoon VS3-S SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB HDD: 1TB Caviar Blue PSU: Corsair CX500W

*If I say something that seems offensive, please don't take it seriously, it was most likely meant as a joke/sarcastically*

You should watch his other videos, Andrew (the guy who made the tutorial) is really good at making these kind of tutorials and his videos can teach you a lot of great stuff.

I got 90% of my Blender knowledge from his videos.

I know it will take a long time, but Blender has a crazy steep learning curve (partly because of the terrible UI), especially if you're new to 3D modelling, rendering, simulation and animation.

Blender is definitely not a very user-friendly piece of 3D software at all, especially for a beginner, but it's your best option if you don't plan on spending a ton of money.

It's really the only advice I can give you right now.

I haven't touched Blender in years, so I can't really help you, I never did any kind of motion-tracking anyway.
