Iphone 5 won't boot up

Hello lads,

 

A friend of mine drop her Iphone 5 on the floor and wouldn't boot anymore. She wired it up to itunes and it said that the phone needed to update but the phone can't because it gets the error 21 before it can finish. 

 

Does anyone know how to fix it?
