Lag only on my computer

So there are about a billion devices in my house that can connect to the internet and it seems my computer is the only one that gets awful ping spikes. I've updated everything i could possibly need to and this has been going on for like 6 or 7 days now and its killing me. I don't know whats causing the problem at all I lag balls in cs go I cant even walk in a straight line without teleporting and my browser is slower than usual. I tested for packet loss and there are no packets being lost idk whats going on no ones downloading anything and this just happened a week ago out of the blue. My Isp says they have no problems its my computer thats wrong. its frustrating as hell someone pls help.

The problem is I have never had this problem and ive had this computer for like 8 months it just all of a sudden starting causing spikes and no one was messing with the router or anything..
