How is this effect achieved?

I saw this video a while ago and i've been trying to get the same effect as this one on 1:25 and during the rest of the drop.

Does anyone know how to achieve this "rgb extraction" as i shall call it for now?

I am using premiere pro btw

looks like three of the same clips with the highlights modified to each of the RGB and overlayed? IDK, just guessing.

Im pretty sure it is a shit ton of chromatic aberation. Or it could be atleast, I think haven't played around with it

Yeah, its usally created by the camera. But you can add it in post to create an effect like that
