Cooler compatibility?!

Hello

 

I am currently searching parts for my Mini_ITX Gaming PC in a homemade case.

I want ("need") to use the Shadowrock LP from BeQuiet due to space constraints.

BUT, is this cooler compatible with the new Asus Maximus VIII Impact.

I'm worried that the heatsink will collide with the Soundcard.

 

I REQUIRE ASSISTANCE!
