Italy is the closest to Greece part picker has so i went with that this build should last you a nice while, included a keyboard as well since you didn't say you had one 

 

also you want to rethink your case options, all of the cases you listed are gonna kill your budget using a third of the budget just on your case isn't a good idea

I'm finding them for the same/almost same price from Greece. You guys think I should go with amazon and if something isn't working I have extra trouble returning it, but amazon is 100% trustworthy, or go with local shops?

as long as youre buying from amazon and not marketplace sellers you can rest assured stuff will work or they will take it back no problems

then try and get a R9 390 with the saved cash - you could also shave a bit by getting a i5 4460, rather  than a 4590.
